Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting Our Dragon Story. We hope you love your book as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Print-on-Demand Books

All books and printed items are produced to order especially for you. Because of this, we are generally unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Minor variations in colour or sizing due to print processes

However, if there is any issue with quality or damage, we will put it right immediately.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect:

  1. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery

  2. Email: [your email]

  3. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • A photo of the problem if possible

We will:
✨ Reprint and replace your book free of charge
or
✨ Offer a refund if replacement isn’t suitable

No need to return the damaged copy.


Refunds

Once we approve a replacement or refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
(Processing times may vary depending on your bank.)


Cancellations

Because print-on-demand production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase.
After that time we cannot guarantee cancellation.


Incorrect Address

If an incorrect delivery address was entered at checkout, we are unable to refund or replace the order once dispatched.
Please double-check your details when ordering.


Returns

As items are produced to order, we do not accept returns unless an item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
