We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, imagery and printing details.
However, minor variations in colour, layout or trim size due to print-on-demand production may occur and are not considered faults.

Prices and production times are subject to change without notice.

4. Purchasing & Order Processing

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not represent acceptance of the order — we reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or product availability.

Once an order has been submitted and production has begun, it may not be possible to cancel or amend it.

5. Print-on-Demand Production & Fulfilment

Our books and printed items are produced to order using print-on-demand partners such as BookVault.
Orders are printed and shipped directly from the fulfilment provider to the customer.

Delivery times shown are estimates only and may vary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay or other supported gateways.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

7. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

Our returns and refund policy is available on our website and forms part of these Terms.
As items are printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, illustrations, artwork, characters, designs, logos, branding and digital downloads — is the exclusive property of Our Dragon Story and protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share or commercialise any content without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services used in connection with our store, including payment gateways, fulfilment partners or external links.
