Thank you for shopping with Our Dragon Story. We’re excited to send your books into the world and hope they bring magical moments to your family.

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.


Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

All books and printed items are produced on demand, especially for you. We work with trusted UK fulfilment partner BookVault, who prints and dispatches orders directly from their facilities.

This allows us to avoid waste, reduce environmental impact and offer high-quality, freshly printed books.


Processing Time

Orders are processed and sent to print within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Production time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on order volume.

During busy seasonal periods (e.g. Christmas), production times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times & Methods

Once printed, orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing or factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
We do not add any handling fees — you pay only the direct shipping charge.

FREE SHIPPING promotions may be offered occasionally.


Order Tracking

An email confirmation will be sent when your order is placed, and another when it has been dispatched.
Tracking may be available depending on your selected shipping method at checkout.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been printed or shipped, we are unable to replace or refund the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  1. Check your delivery address and local Royal Mail depot

  2. Wait an additional 3 working days (UK) or 7 working days (International)

  3. Contact us and we will investigate

If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement.


Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, local customs or import taxes may apply.
These are the responsibility of the customer.
